Mayor of Queenstown Lakes, Jim Boult, announced this week that the John Davies Oval in Queenstown will host the Black Caps and West Indies cricket teams later this month. Delta is excited to hear the news as we hold the fine turf maintenance contract with the Queenstown Lakes District Council.

Delta has worked hard to provide world class facilities to users of the John Davies Oval. The sports turf is now recognised as one of world cricket's most remarkable grounds and has received praise from cricketers such as former England Captain Sir Alastair Cook.

Our turf team based at the venue are excited for the cricket season to begin and are looking forward to supporting these upcoming high-profile games. Delta will continue to deliver quality greenspace maintenance at the John Davies Oval throughout the cricket season.
