Yesterday we visited the most recent nominee of Delta’s Charity Challenge, the Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust. Our Charity Challenge programme helps raise safety awareness amongst our staff while also giving back to our communities.

Dunedin Overhead Lines Field Manager, Dan Trewern, displayed incredible tact, remaining calm throughout a high-pressure situation. He nominated the Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust to receive a Charity Challenge donation of $5,010.

Health and safety is a top priority at Delta, and we’re proud to donate to a charity focused on raising mental health awareness and providing bereavement support to those affected by suicide.
