Delta works with the Jack’s Point Residents and Owners Association to maintain all communal land and facilities in the Jack’s Point area. We maintain the progressive development of the sub-division growth and run a plant renewal program twice annually. We have managed large plantings of native plant species into a residential setting for the community to enjoy and provide quality maintenance of residential and communal greenspace areas in Jack’s Point.
