  1. The Site must be prepared and accessible for our crew to commence work as scheduled. In the event of any unforeseen issues or delays affecting site readiness, please notify us immediately. Our crew is able to wait on-site for a maximum of 15 minutes. Should the delay exceed this waiting period, we reserve the right to proceed to our next scheduled appointment.
  2. Bookings must be made at least 3 working days before date of disconnection.
  3. Bookings must be made during normal business hours. Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm (excludes weekends and public holidays).
