Safety is our number one priority - one of our foundational beliefs is 'Everyone Home Safe, Everyday'. Everyone has the right to come to work every day expecting to return home safely. This extends beyond our employees and includes those within the communities we work across every day.

Our health and safety management system is resilient and industry leading, built to ensure we maintain a healthy and safe work environment where our people thrive and continuously add value throughout the regions we work.

Delta always aims to meet, or exceed, our customers’ expectations. To do that, we’re constantly looking for new ways to do things and new ideas and improvements that will give better results.

Every day, we work towards continuous quality improvement, backed up by a comprehensive Quality Management System including documented systems, processes and procedures.

We maintain a robust system for both internal and accredited external audits. We investigate all our review findings, take all appropriate corrective actions, and incorporate any lessons learned into our overall Quality Management System.

Delta is quality certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008. We were first certified to ISO 9002 back in 1994, and we’ve maintained our quality certification ever since.

By continually improving our environmental performance, we aim to prevent harm to the environment and adopt sustainable work practices.

We look for ways to deliver infrastructure that provides better environmental outcomes, from engaging in external environmental audits to achieving Enviro-Mark® Gold Certification across our organisation.
