Director change

Director Paul Hudson has resigned from the Boards of Delta Utility Services Limited and Aurora Energy Limited effective 31 March 2012.

Chairman Ray Polson said the change follows a governance review by Dunedin City Council which recommended that elected Councillors not hold directorships on Council-owned companies. In order to comply with that requirement, Mr Hudson, a Dunedin City Councillor, has stepped down.

Mr Polson thanked Mr Hudson for his significant contribution to Delta and Aurora Energy and their successful growth.
