Grady Cameron BE, MEM

Chief Executive

Grady was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. His career has been closely associated with the heavy engineering and infrastructure industries, predominantly around the electricity generation and rail transport sectors in New Zealand, France and United Kingdom. His experience includes Executive General Manager Transfield (Generation and Industrial).

Gary Dixon BCom, CA

Chief Financial Officer and General Manager Finance and Systems

Gary joined Delta in 2011. He is responsible for the finance, accounting, administration and information systems services of Delta. A Chartered Accountant, Gary has previously held a number of senior management and business service roles in the commercial and financial sectors.  He began his career with Westpac and was Chief Financial Officer of the Mainland Poultry Group for 12 years prior to joining Delta.

Kewal Bagal BEE

General Manager Energy and Communications

Kewal joined Delta in November 2010. He is responsible for Delta’s delivery of infrastructure services to the energy and communications sectors, including electricity and gas distribution, transmission and generation, retailer services and next generation fibre optic networks. Kewal has experience in leading and managing infrastructure services businesses in both the telecommunications and energy sectors in New Zealand, Australia, and Asia with Transpower, Powermark, Alstom, Transfield, Telecom and Downer. He leads a highly skilled team of 300 people.

Mike Cooper NZCE (Civil), MBA

General Manager Utilities and Environment

Mike is responsible for Delta’s delivery of infrastructure services to the waste, water, transport and land sectors, including roading, utilities, green spaces and solid waste. He leads a highly skilled team of 350 people. Mike joined Delta in 2004, with previous infrastructure experience in various management and business development roles.

Adam Fletcher NZCE (Electrical), MBA

General Manager Asset Management

Adam joined Delta in November 2010 and leads Delta’s asset management services, particularly for large-scale, geographically distributed infrastructure networks. Adam has a strong asset management background, gained more recently in generation assets, and previously in distribution and transmission assets. He has experience working in both the corporate and consulting areas, as well as in a electricity distribution business.

Rachel Walker FHRINZ, MA (Hons), Reg. Psyc

General Manager People and Performance

Rachel is responsible for Delta’s people and performance including human resource services, health and safety, and quality and environmental performance. Rachel joined the company in 2006 with extensive people and performance experience in manufacturing, consulting, teaching and civil construction organisations.
